The problem

A scalp product that never touches the scalp is just conditioner.

Pipette into your palm, rub your hands, work it through. Most of it ends up on your fingers.

And a 30ml bottle runs out in a few weeks — long before the routine turns into a habit.

How to use it

Four steps, about a minute.

  1. Part dry or towel-dried hair.

  2. Draw the brush along the parting.

  3. Move an inch across and repeat.

  4. Massage in for thirty seconds. Leave it.

Every kind of hair

Curly, straight, fine, thick.

The brush works the same on all of it. Part your hair, draw it along, move an inch. 100ml lasts months.

What you get

Three reasons people keep using it.

It reaches the scalp

Serum lands on skin, not on your palms.

It doubles as a massage

A minute of bristles on your scalp. The bit you look forward to.

Questions

The ones worth answering.

What is actually in it?

Seventeen ingredients, all of them printed further down this page — no proprietary blend, nothing withheld. The ones worth knowing about are caffeine, niacinamide and panthenol, plus green tea, turmeric and liquorice root extracts. Water and glycerin make up most of it, as with almost any serum.

Why does it feel cold?

Menthol, which is in the formula. It is the same reason a mint sweet feels cold — the sensation is the menthol, not a change in temperature. It fades after a few minutes.

How is this different from a normal scalp serum?

The applicator. Most serums come with a pipette, so you tip the product into your palm and most of it ends up on your hands and hair. NORVAHAIR has a brush head built into the bottle, so it goes onto the skin and you massage as you apply. The bottle is also 100ml rather than the usual 30ml.

How long will delivery take?

3–6 weeks to the United States. We ship worldwide, and destinations further out can take longer — we quote the range we can actually meet rather than a best case. Shipping is free over $35.00 and $4.95 otherwise, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it is dispatched.

Do you ship to my country?

Almost certainly. Enter your address at checkout and it will tell you immediately. A small number of countries are unavailable because our payment processor cannot operate there. If yours is one of them, checkout will say so before you enter any card details.

What if I do not like it?

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. You cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.

Is it safe if I am pregnant or have a scalp condition?

We cannot advise on that, and we would rather say so than guess. The full ingredient list is on this page — take it to your doctor or pharmacist and ask, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a diagnosed scalp condition.
